Questions or complaints?

If you are having problems with your utility company then energywatch is here to help you.

Energywatch provides free, impartial information and advice to all energy consumers and can act as your advocate if you have been unable to sort out problems with your suppliers.

What sort of problems can energywatch help to resolve?

Energywatch can help resolve most problems. For example, you may be finding it difficult to transfer to a new supplier. Perhaps you have been transferred to a new supplier without your consent. You may have a complaint about your energy supply, billing, metering or pricing. Or perhaps you are concerned about the safety of your supply. Whatever the problem, energywatch has trained staff available to advise.

Who do I contact first?

If you experience a problem with your energy supply, you should first contact your energy supplier and give them an opportunity to resolve the problem. Energywatch will not be able to take up your complaint unless your supplier has been given an opportunity to resolve the problem directly with you. If your supplier fails to resolve the problem, or if you are not satisfied with the action they have taken, you may contact energywatch for further assistance.
